Unbonded SystemSDPT unbonded monostrand system consists of a seven-wire strand coated with corrosion inhibiting grease and encased in polyethylene sheathing according to ASTM416 and fabricated in compliance with PTI. Both non-encapsulated and encapsulated anchors recommended for corrosive environments are available. The CCL unbonded system is designed to work with both 0.5" (13mm) and 0.6" (15mm) nominal diameter strands. The anchorages are comprised of a casting, wedge and plastic fitting to facilitate the fixing of the anchorage to the formwork and form a stressing access pocket. |
